The PHBP Prenatal Community is where you can find safe and effective Workouts, Recipes, Health & Fitness Blogs and plenty of advice for one of the most important times of your life.
Our priority here at the PHBP is ensuring you and baby are safe at all times. If you have any changes during your pregnancy that may be effected by alterations in your diet and/or exercise then please contact us HERE before continuing with any of our workouts, exercises or recipes.
Throughout your PHBP journey we ask you to follow what your body is telling you, only do what you feel comfortable with, if it doesn't feel right then its normally a sign its not right for you. This is not to say you shouldn't be working out or making healthy changes to your lifestyle, we just need to ensure we are making the ones that are right for you, your body and your baby.
The Aim of exercise during pregnancy is to stay fit rather than to reach peak fitness.
You can continue exercising as long as you feel comfortable doing so and your Health practitioner/ Midwife allows you to, please keep in mind each trimester you will have to lower the intensity of your workouts.
