The Pre & Postnatal Health and Body Plan has been designed to help expectant and new mums live a healthier lifestyle.
The journey you and your body go through from the moment you find out you are pregnant is precious and there are changes that should be made to ensure your body, mind and baby are as safe, as healthy and as happy as possible.
All our Memberships can be tailored to suit your individual goals, whether that be to maintain or lose weight, tone up or just have a healthier balanced diet, we can help you achieve your goals.
Pre or Postnatal, our plans are designed to fit around you and your family with all workouts suitable to complete at home with minimal equipment. I believe the best exercise for you is the one you enjoy, so I don’t make you do anything out of your comfort zone. You only do what you want and what you can fit in. I just make sure it works for you to achieve your goals.
Our pre and postnatal community sections are full of health, fitness, food and lifestyle advice with nutritious recipes and safe and effective workout videos to support you through your PHBP journey. The Community is updated weekly with workouts, recipes and all things health and fitness. With community commenting, support, and fortnightly motivational E-mails and support from me, I will help you achieve your goals.
The Prenatal membership makes exercise and diet as relaxed as you want it to be, all the information and workouts are there, you just do what you want when you want.
Postnatal changes are huge, mentally and physically and we understand that getting your body strong again whilst recovering and rehabilitating from pregnancy can be hard. For this reason, we have three levels of membership within our postnatal programme, each with varying levels of support.
