    Working towards shared goals with a focus on improving overall fitness levels and abilities.

  • 3 PEOPLE PT SESSION
    Working with a small group on a selection of HIIT workouts adapted to individuals abilities.

  • DIETARY SUPPORT & EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION FOR OUTSIDE OF PT SESSIONS 
    Access to the PHBP community where you can access food and diet plans, video workouts to follow and complete, training plan ideas, healthy and nutritious recipes and details on macro tracking and staying focused to reach your goals.

THE DETAILS

  • You can book in a PT session as and when you please, there is no set amount of sessions you need to book onto but I do request you pay for each session upfront.
  • Block bookings for regular slots are available. I do my best to fit all clients in at their preferred day and time but booking in advance for a regular slot is highly recommended.
  • The most effective option for PT is 1-2-1 as this is tailored completely to you. In couples or group training I do try my best to keep it personalised but please understand this is not always possible, especially when you have different goals.
  • The training we complete in sessions is effective but for the best results you need to commit to the direction given on exercise and diet outside of sessions. For this reason I would advise all new clients to opt for the dietary support and exercise prescription monthly payment option so all support and guidance is available on a day to day basis.
  • We will set your goals and you will then receive a personalised diet plan and/or macros to follow, this will be the exact exercise you should be doing outside of our PT session to achieve YOUR GOAL, recipes, and plenty of other information which is all updated weekly.
  • Each week we will review your progress and changes will be made if they are needed depending on your progress. By signing the Par Q and/or Lifestyle questionnaire on sign up you are agreeing to these terms.
  • Should you have to cancel your session you must give 24 hours notice, less notice than this you will be charged 50% of the session cost. You will then need to ensure you are back in credit for any further sessions.
