I’m Maricarmen, a qualified Pre & Postnatal PT since 2013 and a mum to Jesse 6 and Wilder 2. I have a wide range of clients I work with on a day to day basis but my real passion is working with pregnant women and mums.
The PHBP helps you achieve your goals through online coaching. I help you rehabilitate and achieve your goals and a healthier diet and exercise mindset. Its all personalised to you, your goals, your lifestyle, your family and at whatever stage of motherhood you are at with all the support you will ever need. With structured diet and exercise plans, or flexible exercise and dietary options we will create the right plan that works for you.
My idea for The PHBP came to me when I was working on a project called Social Sweat, a child friendly workout for mum's who can bring their children along to the class and enjoy getting fit whilst their children socialise.
It dawned on me that there are so many mum's who struggle to find time to workout around the children, or don't have childcare in place to allow them the 'me' time needed to exercise effectively. So many mums who are so lost in a world of fad diets and all the latest crazes, often causing some more harm than good! I left the class one day, put pen to paper and from there The PHBP was born.
