Burger in a Bun
1 Burger bun (around 180 calories)
120g Lean steak mince
1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
1tbsp Light Mayonnaise mixed with smoked paprika to taste
15g Light grated cheese
1. Finely chop half an onion and lightly brown it in a frying pan.
2. Add this to the meat with the dijon mustard and squish together, make sure not to make it too compact as it will cook to be very dry.
3. Grill or cook the patty, keeping on turning it until it is cooked trough.
4. Serve with the toasted bun, the mayonnaise, grated cheese and the gherkin on the side.
