Servings: Makes 4-5 Muffins = 1 portion
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1 Scoop protein powder
1. Mix the oats with some some boiling water, just covering the oats and stir for few minutes.
2. Add the baking powder and protein powder.
3. Divide into muffin cups.
4. Put in the oven until golden at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
1 portion = 1C 1P
To fit HC HP Half portions why not divide 20g of peanut butter and pop it in the middle of each muffin just before they go in the oven to add a fat option.
