Core Strengthening Workout
WORKOUT PASSWORD- STRENGTH
This is a Video to show you how to do some Core Strengthening Exercises.
Please read and work through the Blog on Diastasis Recti before attempting these exercises.
This is NOT for someone who has Diastasis Recti, you must also be 4-5 Months Postpartum to do these exercises, and start on the exercises shown at level 1.
3-4 sets 10-20 reps (do as many as you can to near fatigue)
- 4 Point Kneeling Progression
Aim to hold each for 8-10 seconds
- Plank Level 1 & Level 2 (Aim to hold for 20-50 seconds)
- Side Plank Level 1 & Level 2 (Aim to hold for 20-40 seconds each side)
