Eggy Bread, Bacon and Tomatoes
1 Piece of thick cut crusty bread (avg. 120 calories)
2 Lean back bacon rashers
- Whisk the egg with and dunk the bread in it.
- Put the bread in a hot frying pan and pour the remainder of the egg over the bread. Flip the bread once the underneath is golden and allow to cook though.
- Grill the bacon and tomato until cooked and wilt the spinach in a dry pan/ Microwave.
- Serve the eggy bread with the bacon, tomatoes and Spinach.
