Baked Oats

30g Rolled oats
1/4 Banana Mashed
1g Stevia/ sweeter to taste
65-70ml Skimmed milk
3g Coco powder


  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Bake in a grease proof dish at 180 for 15-20 minutes, you can eat this hot or leave to cool and slice.

1 portion = 1C 1/2P 1F

To top up your protein add 50g 0% Greek yogurt, or half a protein off the food list.
To fit 1C 1P don't add the coco and use cinnamon/ nutmeg to flavour instead.
This is also really nice with orange zest and a little juice and cinnamon
