Sweet Potato, Green Beans, Bacon and Chicken Salad

300g raw sweet potato
25g bacon Lardons/ Chopped bacon
150g green beans
80g cooked chicken


  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  2. Fry the bacon in a dry pan until browned then add the green beans and fry until soft.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in the pan with the bacon
