Ham Egg & Chips

INGREDIENTS

150g Cooked Gammon

1 Egg

200g Potatoes

METHOD

  1. Cut the Potatoes into chips and roast with 1cal spray and paprika sprinkled over in an oven at 200 for about 30 minutes until crisp.
  2. Fry 1 Egg in a non stick pan and serve all together with Cooked gammon.
  3. Serve with Your Favrouite Veg.
