Join Maricarmen & Nikki for a nourishing 90-minute experience at Lillian Daph, where yoga, gentle self-inquiry, and cacao invite deeper self-discovery.

Session 3

Looking at our relationship with ourselves and identifying our inner critic and transforming self-criticism into self-compassion. Using self-compassion as a tool for healing.

We’ll begin flowing together at 6:00pm, gently closing the session at 7:30pm.

The session will be held at The Lillian Daph Store,
10 Station Street, Saltburn, TS12 1AA.

You’ll be welcomed into 90 minutes of intentional connection, including a warm cacao and a thoughtfully curated gift from Lillian Daph.

You will need a journal and pen for this session. If you don’t yet have a journal, you can enjoy 10% off at Lillian Daph by presenting your booking confirmation. Journals must be purchased prior to the session during store opening hours, as the shop will be closed once the session begins.

Kindly bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, you’re welcome to order a mat from the store in advance and collect it at your session.
