You will see that our community area is where it all goes on. Within the community we have several different sections, each once created to support you with a different area of your prenatal journey.

Our prenatal workouts are created specifically for ladies during pregnancy. Each of the exercises included are safe and effective, and each workout indicates the trimester in which they are suitable. You can also find how to do the exercises properly in our exercise glossary.

The recipes section is full of nutritious and delicious recipes for you to make at home, each one using only simple ingredients with an easy to follow method that doesn’t mean you spend hours in the kitchen.

Our nutrition, lifestyle and fitness sections are jam packed with info which will aid you in your journey through pregnancy with advice and support on all kinds of topics.
