A Very Eggy Brekkie
Serves 1
INGREDIANTS
4 Eggs
2 Rashers Lean Bacon
English Muffin
1 Slice Reduced Fat Cheese (about 25g)
METHOD
- Boil a pan of water 3/4, Crack one egg and three egg whites into cup and add it carefully to the lightly simmering water, leave for 2-3 minutes until cooked. 
- Pop the Bacon under a hot grill. 
- Toast the muffin and carefully drain the egg. 
- Load the muffin with the egg, bacon and cheese on top and pop back under the grill until the cheese begins to melt. - 1 Portion= 1C 1P 1F 1V
