40g Milled linseed
120g Porridge oats
40g Banana chips smashed up in to 1/4’s
2-3 Egg whites
20g Chopped nuts and 15g dried/ fresh fruit to add once cooked per portions
Mix all the in dry ingredients together
Whisk the egg whites and mix through the mixture so bits clump together.
Lay on a non stick baking tray/ paper and spray with 1 cal, cook in the oven at 180 until browned and to your liking.
Serve with 200g 0% Greek yogurt
