1 Bagel Thin
2 Egg whites
1 tbsp Marmite
1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
- In a cup carefully put one egg and 1 egg white x 2.
- Poach each, now bigger egg in boiling water until cooked.
- Toast Your Bagel thin, Smoother with marmite, top with the eggs and dollop on the Mayonnaise.
