A Vegan Greeka Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 Pitta/ Wrap

1 tbsp Tomato Puree

1 tsp Sweet Chilli

25g Vegan Crumbly Cheese/ Vegan soft cheese

3 Falafel (average 60 calories per Falafel)

2 tbsp Soy Yogurt

Chopped Cucumber

Dried mint

Side Salad/ Spinach

METHOD

 

  1. Lightly toast one thick pitta bread/wrap.
  2. Mix Tomato puree with Sweet Chilli sauce and spread it on evenly.
  3. Crumble/ spread over the Vegan Cheese and chopped falafel
  4. Serve with Plain Soy yogurt, chopped cucumber and mint, and a side salad

Alternatively you could wilt some spinach, drain and add to top of the pizza.
