Healthier Quiche

Serves 1


3 Slices Wafer Thin Ham, finely chopped

2 Old El Paso Stand and Stuff Boats

2 Eggs

3 Egg whites

Small Handful Chopped Onion

1 Tomato Chopped

Side Salad to Serve


  1. Mix the eggs and egg whites together.

  2. Divide the ham, onion and tomato (or any other chopped veg you fancy) to the boats and pour over the egg.

  3. Oven Bake at 180 until the egg is set and cooked.

  4. Serve with a side salad and enjoy your guilt free Quiche!
