Easy Curry Sauce

100g Cooked protein
90g Cooked rice/ Wrap
1 Grated carrot
½ Chopped onion
1 TBLSP Curry powder
300ml Stock
1 TBLSP Flour
1 tsp Stevia
2 tsp Turmeric
100g Cauliflower


1. Add the carrot, onion, and curry powder to a pan with a little water to loosen. Cook on a low heat until it starts to colour. Break up the cauliflower and sprinkle with the turmeric and 1 cal spray. Oven cook at 200 degree for around 20 minutes.
2. Add the stock and stir well, add the flour and stevia (if you wish) and cook until thickened.
3. Stir in your cooked protein and serve with some rice and some turmeric roasted cauliflower.
