Legs & Bum HIIT Workout 4

WORKOUT PASSWORD- POWER

This HIIT is made up of 4 exercises, creating a lower  body HIIT workout, great for cardio and leg and bum shaping.

The exercises are:

  • Speed skaters

  • Swing lunges

  • Small Jump squats

  • 1 leg touch downs

Novice, low/Med intensity , 20-40 sec work, 20-40 seconds rest between exercises.
Intermediate, Med intensity, 30-50 Sec work, 10-40 seconds rest between exercises.
Aim for 4-6 rounds
