1 Pitta bread/ 1 bread thin
3 Baby tomatoes
2 Chicken sausages
1 TBLSP reduced sugar and salt tomato ketchup/ Tomato puree/ Chopped tomatoes
- Very lightly toast the pitta then put the sauce on the pitta.
- Chop the tomatoes. Pull the meat out of the sausages and make small meatballs with the meat.
- Crack the egg on the pitta (use a stick proof baking tray in case the egg slightly spills over).
- Arrange the meatballs and tomato around the yolk and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes.
1 portion = 1C 1F 1P 1V
To fit 1C 1P minus the egg and add another sausage.
To fit HC HP Half portion and minus egg.
