INGREDIENT

1 Egg
1 Pitta bread/ 1 bread thin
3 Baby tomatoes
2 Chicken sausages
1 TBLSP reduced sugar and salt tomato ketchup/ Tomato puree/ Chopped tomatoes

METHOD

  1. Very lightly toast the pitta then put the sauce on the pitta.
  2. Chop the tomatoes. Pull the meat out of the sausages and make small meatballs with the meat.
  3. Crack the egg on the pitta (use a stick proof baking tray in case the egg slightly spills over).
  4. Arrange the meatballs and tomato around the yolk and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes.

To fit 1C 1P minus the egg and add another sausage.
To fit HC HP Half portion and minus egg.
1 Sauce used
