Meaty Pasty Cheat

I would have this with beans and chips for my tea as part of my Feel good meal, but this is also a delicious healthy balanced recipe that you could enjoy everyday if you wanted to!

Servings: 1, Makes 2 Pasties


150g small Steak Chunks

2 Small Tortilla Wraps (90 calorie ones)

1 Small Onion

2 tsp Worchester Sauce

150ml Stock


  1. Brown the Steak chunks with half a chopped White Onion, 150ml stock, 2 tsp Worcester sauce and reduce down until thickened.
  2. Get the two small Tortilla wraps and put the mixture in the middle, fold over one side and crimp with a fork. Spray with 1 cal spray.
  3. Pop them in the oven at about 180 until browned.
