1. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit of £500 is required to secure your place on the Retreat.

  • This deposit is non-refundable, unless the Retreat is cancelled by us.

  • 50% of the remaining balance is due by 10th July, and the full balance must be paid by 10th October.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

2. Deposit and Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is refundable only if the Retreat is cancelled by Soul House. It is non-refundable in all other circumstances.

  • In the event that you cancel your booking, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

  • You may transfer your booking to another person with our written approval, provided all outstanding payments have been made.

3. Travel and Insurance

  • Participants are responsible for paying for their own international and/or domestic travel to the Retreat location.

  • Travel insurance is mandatory and must include coverage for:

    • Trip cancellation and interruption

    • Medical expenses

    • Emergency evacuation and repatriation

    • COVID-19-related disruptions (if applicable)

  • We are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to travel delays, missed connections, or other travel-related issues.

4. Health and Safety

  • You acknowledge that participating in a Yoga & Pilates retreat may involve physical exertion. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor before attending if you have any concerns or pre-existing conditions.

  • You agree to inform the instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or other relevant health issues prior to the Retreat.

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or other medical conditions that may arise during the Retreat.

5. Participant Conduct

  • You agree to behave respectfully and considerately toward fellow participants, instructors, and local communities.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Retreat if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or in breach of this agreement. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in the Retreat, you release Soul House, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, or expense, whether arising directly or indirectly from your participation.

7. Alcohol and Substances

  • Alcohol is permitted during the Retreat in moderation and in appropriate settings.

  • Recreational drug use is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in removal from the Retreat without refund.

8. Room Sharing and Accommodation

  • Participants booking shared accommodation will be paired with another guest of the same gender unless otherwise requested.

9. Dietary Needs

  • Soul House will do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies if provided in advance.

  • However, Soul House cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. You are responsible for managing any severe allergies.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All retreat content, including but not limited to manuals, class materials, and guided practices, remains the intellectual property of Maricarmen & Vicky.

  • These materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without our written consent.

11. Changes to Itinerary or Instructors

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Retreat itinerary, accommodation, instructors, or location if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any such changes will be communicated as early as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality of the experience.

12. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for refunds or compensation in the event of cancellation or disruption due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

13. Personal Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own belongings at all times. We accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • It is your responsibility to act with caution and awareness in all activities.

14. Photography and Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the Retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to their use unless you notify us in writing before the Retreat begins.

15. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [insert country or state]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert location].
