INGREDIENTS

1 Bagel Thin

2 Rashers Lean Bacon (Fat Trimmed)

2 Chicken Sausages

2 Scrambled egg whites with one full egg

1 tsp Sweet Chilli Jam

METHOD

  1. Grill the Bacon and Sausages, Whisk the egg whites and microwave.
  2. Toast the bagel and serve all together with some Sweet Chilli Jam.
